The school fees and levies for 2018 have been approved by the St Joachim’s Pastoral School Board and Fr Joson.

The tuition fees include an Archdiocesan Education Levy, which provides shared resources to all schools across the Archdiocese. Also included is a levy of $20 per student to provide for the purchase of land for future school development within the Archdiocese. This is a vital investment in the future of Catholic schooling within the Archdiocese.

The Enrichment and Prep Levies allow our staff to plan for a range of activities. Some examples of these activities include class and year level excursions, robotics programs, inter-school sport, swimming lessons, dance lessons as well as providing buses for a variety of events the students attend. The levies are also used to purchase resources which are used directly by the students in the classrooms e.g. Mathematics, English, Science and Visual Arts resources and materials.

One-to-One Program
In addition to the above fees, students in Years 3-4 and 5-6 will have an iPad or iMac hire fee applied to the school fees, as per the St Joachim’s Catholic Primary School Student and Parent One-to-One Program Guidelines. The hire fee will appear on the school fee statement.

Year 5 & 6 Camp
The Year 5&6 students will attend their leadership camp in Term 1 each year. These fees are yet to be finalised, and parents will be notified as soon as possible. Parents will be given the option to pay the camp fees over Terms 1 & 2.

As always, if paying the school fees becomes too burdensome, please do not hesitate to make a time to meet with the school principal to discuss ways that the school can support you in meeting these commitments.

Various payment options are available to parents to pay their school fees. Parents can pay by cash, but the school’s payment preference is BPAY, Direct Debit or EFTPOS. If you wish to pay via a bank transfer please note below the school’s banking details:
